Totally Not in Love with Giant Robots, Nope

I initially joined this site just to keep up with a friend who went abroad for a few months. I don't know what happened.

Okay, has anyone managed to finish this book? I got through the first few chapters and can’t decide if I actually want to finish it. My problems with it so far is that it slut-shames, makes mildly racist comments, has the main character whine that she needs uglier friends, at one point claims that a girl who never has a boyfriend is probably a feminist…
Actually, Blaze’s seeming lack of an actual friendship with her supposed friends kind of bugs me, too, but that’s a minor complaint.
I’m also bugged because of the whole thing about the only worthwhile heroes from DC being Superman and Batman, because even if you prefer Marvel, fuck you; Wonder Woman is awesome too. But that I could shrug off…if it weren’t for all my other complaints.
Is it actually worth reading beyond this point, or should I just give in to my urge to throw it at the nearest wall?
